We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager for a Managed IT Services provider in Milwaukee. This role is responsible for leading complex projects from start to finish, keeping teams aligned, ensuring consistent client engagement, and delivering results on time and within scope.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between clients and technical teams. You’ll translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, oversee progress at every stage, and make sure all stakeholders are informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership will be key in maintaining quality standards, fostering collaboration, and building long-term client trust. Who You Are3+ years of project management experience is required. MSP project management experience would be considered an asset.
Technical expertise:
Cloud Projects: O365 migrations, SharePoint migrations, Google Workspace
Server Projects: migrating/updating applications from physical server to cloud infrastructure; prem to prem migrations
Network Projects: implementation of firewalls, switching, APs, cabling
New client onboardings
Office moves, office buildouts
Certified project management credentials: PMP, Project+, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in project management tools such as ConnectWise
Experience in vendor contract negotiations.
Expertise in drafting and submitting budget proposals, with the ability to recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
Mastery of M365 migrations and experience with infrastructure projects and ISP migrations.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage technical staff.

Salary: $95,000-$110,000 annually
