This position will be traveling to the Torrance and San Pedro areas.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Sales and Marketing professional to join our team, focusing on post-acute care services, including Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care. This field-based role involves engaging with the community to develop new business opportunities and meet census goals. The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license, have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through our comprehensive post-acute services. Daily driving within the assigned territory is a key expectation for this role.

Required qualifications:

• Education sufficient for licensure

• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License

• 1 year of Full-time experience in clinical role

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Liaison, marketing or sales experience.

• Health care industry experience.

• Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.

• Epic EMR experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
