Job Description

**Job Title: Welder/Fabricator** **Job Description** Responsible for completing the welding of prefabricated assemblies. You will setup welding machines unassisted for any process or material thickness, operate a variety of fabrication equipment, and fabricate and weld complex assemblies from blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Complete welding of prefabricated assemblies. + Setup welding machines unassisted for any process or material thickness. + Operate a variety of fabrication equipment such as plate roller, saw, pipe roller, and drill press. + Fabricate and weld complex assemblies from blueprints. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of welding experience. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Knowledge of GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) and FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with stainless steel and fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with operating fabrication equipment such as plate roller, saw, pipe roller, and drill press. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Charleston, SC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
