Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of materials, primarily structural steel and metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications
Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and project deadlines
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition
Qualifications:
3 years of welding and fabrication experience (structural or industrial preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Knowledge of shop tools, fabrication equipment, and safety procedures
Welding certification is a plus but not required
