**Job Title: Welder & Fabricator** **Job Description** As a Welder & Fabricator, you will read and interpret blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembly tasks. You will be responsible for welding .045 Flux Core. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret blueprints for various projects. + Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling of custom products. + Weld using .045 Flux Core and other techniques as required. + Ensure the quality and precision of welds and fabrications. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Experience in Mig, Tig, and structural welding. + Expertise in flux core welding and the ability to work with stainless steel, aluminum, and structural materials. + 5-6 years of welding experience preferred, but candidates with less experience may be considered. + 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core/mig welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with fitting and fabricating intricate pieces. + Strong attention to detail and quality in welding and fabrication tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a generous benefits package that includes 2 weeks of PTO, 2 paid sick days, and a 401K plan with a 3% match up to 6%.
