Virtual File Clerk Location Remote in Shreveport, LA :

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent computer skills looking to work from home? MUTW LLC is seeking a Virtual File Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual File Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining digital files, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain electronic files and folders in a systematic and efficient manner
• Scan and upload physical documents into the company's digital system
• Create and update spreadsheets to track file locations and inventory
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all files by regularly reviewing and updating information
• Retrieve and provide requested files to team members in a timely manner
• Assist in the development and implementation of file management processes and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven working experience as a File Clerk, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with document scanning and indexing processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with remote working tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom)
