Lead by Doing at the Ritchie Center The University of Denver is hiring a Concessions Supervisor to lead our Ritchie Center concessions team through game days, campus events, and daily operations. This is a working supervisory role—meaning you’ll be right in the action, preparing food, assisting guests, and guiding your team to deliver top-tier service. What You’ll Do as a Working Supervisor: You’ll be trained across all concessions functions while taking on leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth, efficient service. Key duties include:

• Shift Leadership: Manage daily operations, assign tasks, and coordinate staff during sporting events and campus activities.
• Food Prep & Service: Prepare and serve concession items like hot dogs, nachos, and snacks while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Guest Service & Cashiering: Greet guests, take orders, and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Team Support: Train new team members, provide feedback, and help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Inventory & Ordering: Track stock levels, place orders, and manage deliveries to ensure product availability before and during events.
• General Operations: Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing procedures for each shift.
