This internship is designed to help you grow, refine your UI/UX skills, and ensure your contributions align with Digital Launchpad's strategic objectives. With this internship you will get to, but are not limited to: + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to gather and analyze user requirements and objectives. + Design and prototype user interface components for AI-driven applications and platforms using web design principles and SAP Fiori guidelines. + Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate user experiences. + Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and design specifications for new features and enhancements. + Ensure designs are consistent with SAP Design System. + Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design processes. + Identify opportunities for improvement within existing Ariba user interfaces and workflows. + Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to align on user needs and expectations with other UX Design teams, PM and Dev. **What you bring:** We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
