Title: SAP Business Analyst (S/4HANA)
Location: Detroit, MI (local profiles only)
Duration: 12+ month contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and SAP S/4HANA capabilities, playing a pivotal role in driving business transformation through effective SAP solution implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across various business functions ( Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement , etc.)
Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications and configuration documents
Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams to design and implement scalable S/4HANA solutions
Support full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or migration projects including workshops, testing, and training
Conduct GAP analysis between current and desired states, identifying process improvement opportunities
Facilitate UAT sessions and end-user training
Develop and maintain business process flows, test scripts, and user manuals
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and compliance standards
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and SAP project teams
Required Skills & Experience:
~4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP projects (1+ years in S/4HANA preferred )
~ Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, or PP
~ Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments
~ Ability to write clear and detailed BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and process documents
~ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
~ Working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and real-time analytics
~ Familiarity with data migration, UAT, and go-live support
