Lead the team at Penn Station in Carmel. Earn $16.00/hr with scheduled raises every 6 months. We are closed on all holidays, guaranteeing you time off when it matters most.

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of work experience required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Location: 841 S Rangeline Rd, Carmel, IN 46032
• Located: Near Carmel City Center Mall, next to Sherwin-Williams.
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time (Up to 40 hours/week)
• Shifts: Open availability preferred (Day/Night).

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Operations: Run the shift, manage breaks, and keep the team focused during peak hours.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure every sandwich meets our high quality standards before it reaches the guest.
• Financial Control: Balance end-of-day reports and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
• Train & Mentor: Help new team members learn the ropes and improve their skills.
• Customer Service: Handle guest interactions and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Age: Must be 18 years or older (required for equipment usage and key-holder duties).
• Driver: Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Reliability: Must have access to reliable transportation to get to Rangeline Rd on time.
• Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
