• Pay: $16.50/hr Base + ~$2.50/hr Tips (Up to $19.00/hr total)

• Shifts: Flexible (Days, Nights, Weekends)

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Shift: Direct the team during peak hours to ensure every guest gets their order fast and fresh.
• Coach Your Crew: Provide real-time feedback and training to help team members improve their skills.
• Manage Operations: Oversee dough production, food safety standards, and inventory levels.
• Solve Problems: Handle guest inquiries or complaints with a focus on fixing the issue immediately.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or retail management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctual attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
