We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction project superintendent to join our growing team.
Candidate must have skills and experience as follows:
- Must have ground-up experience
· Ability to read construction plans
· Ability to prepare and follow construction schedules
· Ability to schedule and manage subcontractors, inspectors, clients, etc.
· Must have general knowledge of framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, storefront systems
· Must understand wet and dry utilities and technical/code requirements
· Must be competent in site and off-site construction
· Must be proficient with basic computer skills including excel, word, outlook, electronic devices,
· Microsoft Project and Procore experience a plus
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Must be willing to work nights/weekends only when required
· Must understand the importance of meeting budgets, schedules, store openings, etc.
· Position will require occasional travel
· Required Osha 30 or equivalent
· Position may require occasional travel
