Job Description

Join the print marketing team of a leading national telecom brand, supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of print and collateral projects for the retail store space. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Hybrid / ONSITE in Atlanta, GA 
• Full Time Hours - 1+ year contract
• Hourly Rate: $35-40 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project work plans, timelines, estimates, resource allocations, and status reports.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and invoices are tracked and completed accurately and on time.

• Manage collateral requests, posting electronic files to internal systems and ensuring proper file delivery and documentation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project leads to identify issues, monitor progress, and ensure quality output.

• Participate in team meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.

• Maintain databases and project documentation with high accuracy; support reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.

• Communicate updates clearly and concisely to relevant teams and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Quickbase, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

• Proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
