Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management or operations.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience working in Trust and Safety, Fraud, Risk Assessment capacity within a technical company.
+ Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you work with a global team from Policy, Enforcement, Product, Engineering, Tools, Legal and other teams to ensure that our age appropriateness policies are enforced effectively. You will work alongside product and engineering stakeholders in youth to build and improve a robust system to apply age-appropriate labels to content at scale. With tools, technology and processes, you will evaluate operational trends and quality within vendor operations, and develop solutions to address quality, workflows and processes. You will review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Track and monitor performance against metrics, turning data into stories for cross-functional teams.
+ Manage content escalations, providing data and insights and implementing solutions. Review content in-line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
+ Research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas. Ensure implementation of policy by drafting guidelines for reviewers.
+ Oversee enforcement quality across policy areas, including calibrations with vendor teams. Work cross-functionally, and keep the users safe while protecting free speech.
+ Provide operational and policy expertise to our Product, Engineering, and User Experience teams. Support the development of automated enforcement solutions.
