Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need Certified Personal Trainers to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. • Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism
• Be able to train a minimum of 15 hours a week

Qualifications:

• Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Personal Trainer Certification (Required)
