Chapman BMW Chandler is looking for a Part-Time Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will repair and remove small to medium sized dents using the latest dent removal techniques and tools, reducing the need for auto bodywork and paint repair, when possible. Core Responsibilities:

• Use appropriate dent repair techniques to fix small to medium sized dents.
• Assist with reconditioning the exterior of vehicles, removing small dents and minimizing body and paint work.
• Inspect the dealership’s vehicle inventory and repair door dings and dents.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of automotive dent repair experience is required.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising repair quality.
• A positive, team player attitude is a must!
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand, bend or squat for extended periods
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours and Work Environment: This part-time role offers a 3-day workweek, onsite at our dealership in Chandler, AZ. The Dent Repair Technician will work within our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled shop, where each team member contributes to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
