Title: Paid Search Supervisor

Location: New York, New York (hybrid Tues-Thurs)

Salary Range: $85-100k

Years of Experience: 1.5-3yrs

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and insightful analysis to drive their Search programs.
  • Oversee the execution of client Search initiatives, including managing the work of analyst-level team members assigned to these accounts.
  • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, interpretations, and strategic action plans based on your findings.
  • Collaborate with Search senior leadership to develop comprehensive Paid Search strategies, testing methodologies, and roadmaps for clients, presenting these strategies in compelling formats.
  • Contribute to the growth of the broader team by helping to lead cross-learning sessions for analyst-level and junior team members.
  • Manage daily communication with key representatives from major search engines.
  • Provide support for new business development efforts.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2.5+ years of direct experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) with a strong focus on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS).
  • 1+ years of experience working with bid management platforms (Marin, Kenshoo, DS3) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, etc.).
  • A desire and aptitude for training, motivating, and managing individuals at various levels.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • A strong enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a thriving and growing Search Engine Marketing team.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to measure the success of SEM programs and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, finance, analytics, etc.)
