SUMMARY

As an Organizational Development Specialist within the Talent Management and Internal Operations teams, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by helping to support organizational change and performance. This role will report to the Organizational Development Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support or own the implementation of assigned organization development plans and strategic interventions which support organizational goals and objectives
Recommend processes needed to support and implement assigned organization initiatives that improve the organization’s capabilities and effectiveness in support of the firm’s overall business strategy
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to assist leadership with the people related aspects of organizational change and communication efforts
Support the organization’s employee engagement strategy and assist with action plans and initiatives to address issues and improve results
Support employee recognition programs, including Sendero’s recognition platform and formal awards program
Support assigned leadership development programs by setting agendas, facilitating forums, and assisting with related activities
Support performance management programs (e.g., creating job aids, communications)
Research latest research and best practices related to organizational development
Cross train with team member(s) in order to provide back-up support as necessary
Complete projects and other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Leadership Development, or related degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities
Leadership roles (academic, work, or extracurricular)
Work experience that may include full or part-time work (paid or volunteer), full-time work during summers, and/or volunteer work (0-1 years total)
Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite (Preferred: Intermediate proficiency with MS Office product suite)
Strong business writing and verbal information-sharing abilities
Basic presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
Preferred: Certification related to discipline of expertise
