PEMB DRAFTER / DETAILER

Draft and model pre-engineered metal buildings using MBS , Tekla , and AutoCAD
Produce accurate approval and permit drawings for complex commercial projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, drafting leads, and other departments
Mentor junior drafters and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure building functionality, code compliance, and error-free design
2+ years of MBS experience
3+ years of AutoCAD and Tekla (or similar 3D modeling)
Solid understanding of architectural specs and PEMB construction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ClickUp, and Google Suite
A mindset of ownership, accuracy, and teamwork
