Marketing and Campaign Associate – Clean Energy Campaign

As our clean energy campaign rapidly expands, we’re looking for a Marketing and Campaign Associate to help us drive awareness, educate consumers, and promote a greener future.

About the Role:

This role is focused on managing and supporting new and existing customer relationships using a lead-generated database and direct marketing strategies. You'll represent top clean energy providers, helping customers make informed decisions about switching to renewable energy sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to stay up to date on clean energy products, incentives, and policy changes to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Engage with individuals in a warm, approachable, and informative manner to promote clean energy options.
• Deliver personalized solutions based on customer needs during face-to-face interactions.
• Educate customers on the environmental and economic benefits of renewable energy programs.
• Handle customer data with care, maintaining full compliance with privacy standards.
• Provide valuable customer insights and suggestions to improve campaign outreach and overall satisfaction.
• Represent both Incline Marketing and our clean energy partners with professionalism and purpose.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a public-facing role (marketing experience is a plus).
• Passion for clean energy, sustainability, or mission-driven work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
• Comfortable with new technology and able to adapt quickly.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability.
