Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for multiple openings in Air and Ocean Export logistics. This role focuses on the data entry side of logistics and freight forwarding, with some customer service responsibilities. Positions are available for various shifts, including Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday.
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in a modern, renovated office space. The preferred shift is Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with some flexibility available. An unpaid lunch break of one hour is included.
There is also a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm shift.

Qualifications:
Basic Excel and Word skills.
0-3 years of experience in retail or office environments.
Strong customer-oriented skills.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in ocean import is a plus.
Entry-level candidates or recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree and minimal office experience are encouraged to apply.
A desire to grow and learn within a large logistics company.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks related to logistics and freight forwarding.
Provide customer service support through email communication.
Ensure billing and emails are up to date.
Arrange pickups for customers and coordinate trucking transportation to and from shippers.
Organize air and ocean carriers for shipments.
Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments.
Maintain constant communication with customers to update shipment information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WOOD DALE, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
