Graphic Designer – Xico Lighting Location: Woburn, MA (On-site) Type: Full-time Design Without Compromise. Build a Career That Shines. We are seeking a proven Graphic Designer with mid to senior-level experience in a product-based environment. This is not an entry-level position. You will need to bring a strong, demonstrable portfolio, the ability to work independently, and the professionalism to collaborate seamlessly with product design, marketing, and engineering teams. What You’ll Do:  Design premium print and digital assets: brochures, spec sheets, catalogs, installation guides, presentations, advertising, trade show displays, and web content.  Collaborate with product design and engineering to ensure visuals are true to the physical product and communicate features with clarity and elegance.  Produce photorealistic product renderings, technical illustrations, and striking marketing imagery.  Maintain and evolve Xico’s visual brand language, ensuring it reflects our design-first philosophy.  Prepare final artwork for both high-end print production and digital campaigns.  What We’re Looking For:  ~5+ years of professional graphic design experience; preferably within a product company or related design/manufacturing environment.  ~ Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop — plus working knowledge of Lightroom, Acrobat, and motion tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.  ~ A knack for industrial design: the ability to think in three dimensions, understand how products are made, and translate that into compelling visuals.  ~ Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with a polished, professional portfolio.  ~ Detail-obsessed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects without hand-holding.  ~ Comfortable working full-time on-site in Woburn, MA as part of a fast-moving, collaborative team.  Compensation : Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
