Planet Fitness- Fitness Trainer Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Fitness Trainer to join our team at Planet Fitness - Midwest Management Group in O Fallon, MO. As a Fitness Trainer, you will have the opportunity to help our members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. This Job will require travel between Wentzville MO, O'fallon MO, and Mid Rivers MO. This job will be following the fitness schedule at all 3 of these locations. 2 days a week at O'fallon, 2 days a week at Wentzville, and 1 day a week at Mid Rivers.

Responsibilities:

• Create personalized fitness programs for members
• Provide one-on-one and group fitness training sessions
• Motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the fitness area

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of exercise science 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Mornings, Evenings, and Holidays
• Passion for health and fitness
• Reliable transportation

Compensación: $15.00 per hour
