Job Description

Our successful candidate will have a proven track record of long-term advisor relationships, a wealth of industry knowledge, great communication skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.   • Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
  • Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
  • Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
  • Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
Qualifications:
  • Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital
  • Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required
  • Strong interest in financial planning and investment management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience or customer service background
  • Willing to study and obtain a Life Insurance license
  • Though not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus
  • Superior communication, relationship-building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other related business or money management tools is desired
  • Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products, is necessary
