We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing investment firm that offers a variety of alternative investments and financial services. As a key member of our Private Wealth team, you will work closely with a select group of high-net-worth clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and personalized strategies.
About the Role:
As a Financial Advisor, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage new client relationships, while also helping to grow the firm's client base. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive financial planning, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and identifying new business development opportunities. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and expertise.
This position is full-time, exempt, and offers flexible work options, including both on-site and remote opportunities. You will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage new client relationships while maintaining ongoing communications with existing clients.
Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their financial needs and objectives are met.
Proactively identify and pursue new business development and networking opportunities to expand the firm's high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client base.
Coordinate the implementation of financial plans, including estate planning, business management, and tax strategies.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure clients' investment strategies align with their financial goals.
Work closely with fund managers to advise and allocate client funds into suitable alternative investment strategies.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing extraordinary client service with professionalism and integrity.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory obligations as a registered investment advisor.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers an incentive-based compensation structure, with an anticipated pay scale of $120,000 to $300,000+, depending on performance. The package includes:

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory services, with a demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment assessments.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred:
Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ (CFP) designation is a plus, though not required.
