Job Description: Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality field service engineering support for medical imaging equipment.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on MR and CT imaging systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations concerning medical devices.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all service activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new technologies and equipment.

Essential Qualifications

• Must have recent Field Service Engineer experience with a minimum of 3+ years.
• Must have recent experience specifically in MR and CT modalities.
• Certification from OEMs such as PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS is required.
• Active state license in the United States is mandatory.
• US citizens only.

Desired Experience

• Experience with PET CT is considered a nice to have.
• Previous training from RSTI or ALL PARTS is also advantageous.
