As an Entry-Level Manager , you'll be trained to oversee day-to-day operations , team development , and campaign performance while preparing for higher-level leadership opportunities within the organization. Lead the development and execution of local marketing and sales campaigns
Oversee and support multiple departments and cross-functional teams
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members

Report team progress and market updates to regional leadership

No previous management experience required
