Job Description:
Drive strategic content development and execution across digital and internal platforms to support marketing goals and enhance brand awareness in a B2B manufacturing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute a content calendar across web, email, blog, and social media channels

• Collaborate with SMEs and senior leadership to produce strategic content

• Edit and refine copy for clarity, tone, and SEO best practices

• Support LinkedIn and internal content (e.g., "Quality Corner” posts)

• Coordinate and contribute to large-scale reports and campaigns

• Maintain task progress using PM tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Trello)

• Attend early-morning global team meetings as needed

• Assist with press release creation and distribution

• Organize and update content within SharePoint or similar platforms

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 5 years of content marketing or content management experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience using any Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront, Trello)

  • Familiarity with SharePoint or equivalent intranet tools

  • Strong organizational skills and time management

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Awareness of SEO principles

  • Ability to interact with executive leadership

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar

  • Familiarity with B2B manufacturing or industrial sectors

  • Exposure to CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento Page Builder)

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Writing samples or portfolio available upon request
