**Job Title: Concierge**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our guests or residents. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact and the friendly face that helps guests navigate their stay. This role requires outstanding communication skills, local knowledge, and an ability to anticipate the needs of our clientele.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-tier customer service to guests/residents, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, shows, and activities while keeping track of guest preferences and special occasions.
- Assist guests in arranging transportation, including taxi services, car rentals, and airport shuttles.
- Manage guest requests efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and to a high standard.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services in order to provide the best advice to guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Handle special requests, such as anniversaries, birthdays, and other celebrations, ensuring memorable experiences.
- Maintain an organized and well-documented record of guest requests and services provided.
- Uphold the company’s standards of privacy and confidentiality regarding guest information.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, entertainment options, and attractions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in using technology and reservation systems.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
