Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist needed in Allentown, PA.

Salary and Benefits

• The salary range is based on experience ($118,000 - $162,000/year)

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
• EMR - EPIC
• Provide pharmaceutical care and education to patients
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Dispense and verify prescription medications
• Conduct patient education and pharmaceutical consultations

Requirements

• Clear and active license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pharmacist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of pharmacy experience or completion of PGY-1 residency
• Authorization to Administer Injectables in Pennsylvania
• Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or other relevant BPS certification preferred upon hired
