About the Role:
We are hiring professional and friendly Chat Support Specialists to remotely assist U.S. customers via online messaging no phone calls required. Youll help answer questions, resolve account issues, and provide a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat & email
Provide accurate account support and updates
Escalate issues when needed using internal tools
Maintain service quality and data accuracy
Deliver friendly, fast, and professional support
Requirements:
Strong English typing & communication skills
High-speed internet and remote workspace
Basic computer navigation skills
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
No experience required paid training provided
(Call center or customer service experience is a plus)
