Assembly Technician Job Title: Assembly Technician / Assembler **About Us** manufacturer and supplier of high-quality components and systems for industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical devices. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our production team. **Position Summary** seeking a Test Technician to join our manufacturing team focused on Small Unmanned Aerial System (SUAS) products. You'll be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and assembling high-tech aerial and ground control equipment in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies for SUAS ground control and air vehicles. + Run software simulations and debug technical issues. + Assemble mechanical components using small hand and/or power tools. + Collaborate with Test Technicians, Production Technicians, and Engineers to improve documentation and processes. + Partner with Manufacturing Engineers to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness. + Ensure compliance with work order protocols and complete documentation accurately. + Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain high standards. **What We're Looking For:** + Hands-on experience with mechanical and electronic assembly. + Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and assembly instructions. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
